Frequently asked questions

When will I receive the tickets I ordered?
All tickets offered on our website are e-tickets. This means that they are delivered exclusively by e-mail.
If payment has been made by Paypal or credit card, the tickets will be sent to your e-mail address within one hour. Please also check your SPAM folder.
For all other payment methods, payments must be checked manually. It may take a week for the e-mail with the tickets to reach you.
As the event approaches, we will check orders more frequently so that you receive your tickets before the event begins.

If you have any questions about your ticket order, please send an e-mail to:

To allocate your order we need your Order number. If you have not received this, please send a Screenshot of your payment and Your name.

What if I have entered my e-mail address incorrectly?
No problem. The tickets are not lost. Just send us an e-mail:

We will send you the tickets again.

What information do you need to process an enquiry?
We need your order number and your name.
